Massage and rehabilitation services are provided for general wellbeing, pain relief, mobility support, recovery and relaxation. Services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.

2. Appointments

• All sessions must be booked in advance.
• Please arrive on time to ensure full treatment duration.
• Late arrival may result in a shortened session without price reduction.

Deposits & Booking Policy

To secure an appointment, a deposit may be required at the time of booking. This ensures that the time slot is reserved exclusively for you.

• Deposits are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Appointments can be rescheduled if at least 24 hours’ notice is given.
• Late cancellations or missed appointments will result in loss of deposit.

The remaining balance is payable at the time of the session unless otherwise agreed.

In certain circumstances, rescheduling or credit may be offered at discretion.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointment time is reserved specifically for each client. For this reason, payments are generally non-refundable.

• Cancellations with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled.
• Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged in full.
• Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

In certain circumstances, a credit or reschedule may be offered at discretion.

4. Payments

• Payment is due at the time of the session unless agreed otherwise.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Prepaid sessions may be non-refundable depending on circumstances.

5. Health Information & Client Responsibility

You must provide accurate and complete information about your health, including injuries, medical conditions, medication, pregnancy or recent treatments.

• Failure to disclose relevant information may affect treatment safety.
• You are responsible for informing of any changes in your condition.
• Treatment may be adjusted or refused if deemed unsafe.

6. Consent to Treatment

By attending a session, you give informed consent to receive massage or rehabilitation treatment. You may request to stop or modify treatment at any time.

7. Results & No Guarantee

Results vary between individuals. No guarantees are made regarding outcomes, improvement, recovery or symptom relief.

8. Medical Disclaimer

Services are not a substitute for medical advice. You should consult a GP or qualified healthcare professional for diagnosis or treatment of medical conditions.

9. Professional Boundaries

• All services are strictly professional.
• Inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session.
• No refunds will be given in such cases.

10. Refusal of Service

The therapist reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment where:

• It is unsafe or not appropriate
• Health information is not provided
• Behaviour is inappropriate
• Terms are not respected

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Services are provided with reasonable care and skill.
• No liability is accepted for indirect or consequential loss.
• The client accepts responsibility for their own health decisions.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

12. Personal Belongings

Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. No liability is accepted for loss or damage.

13. Data Protection

Personal data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on this website.

14. Corporate / Business Bookings
